We are sorry to inform you that after 22 years of providing education to New Jersey Home Inspectors NJALPHI will be closing its doors.
Dear Members and Advertisers,
It is with heavy hearts that the Board of Directors of New Jersey Association of Licensed Professional Home Inspectors (NJALPHI) announces that the association will formally close its operations effective June 1, 2026.
This was a difficult decision that followed months of evaluation and efforts to pivot our operations. Unfortunately, our organization has faced declining membership numbers alongside significant, ongoing challenges in securing qualified educators to lead our programming. These issues are compounded by the great number of online and in-person educators.
Because our mission relies on providing high-quality educational experiences to our members, we can no longer sustain operations at the standard you deserve.
What does this mean for you:
- All 2026 paid members will receive a full refund of their membership dues.
- All 2026 paid advertisers will receive a full refund of their advertising fee.
- Refunds will be issued over the first two weeks of June 2026.
- All 2026 members, be sure to down load your certificates from your Dropbox folder as soon as possible.
We are incredibly grateful for your support and participation over the years. We are proud of what we have achieved together. If you have any questions regarding this transition, please reach out by using our website contact page at www.njalphi.com.
Sincerely,
The Board of Directors
New Jersey Association of Licensed Professional Home Inspectors
The New Jersey Association of Licensed Professional Home Inspectors, Inc. (NJ-ALPHI) is dedicated to promoting the professional practice of home inspection in New Jersey and provide an open forum for all involved in the home inspection profession. Our goal is to provide the New Jerssey home inspector community with a united voice in New Jersey.
NJ-ALPHI Mission
NJ-ALPHI welcomes all who are involved in the home inspection industry to participate in our association.
NJ-ALPHI was formed to create an inclusive, broad based association of all stakeholders in the home inspection profession including licensed home inspectors, students, trainees, non inspector staff of home inspection companies, and companies affiliated with the home inspection profession.
NJ-ALPHI is not competing with any existing local and national home inspector associations. We welcome all members of other organizations to join in this common forum for the home inspection profession of New Jersey. Many of our members are also members of other associations.
NJ-ALPHI will use the strength of a broad base of home inspectors to develop opportunities and benefits for home inspectors, and present a united voice for the home inspectors in New Jersey.
NJ-ALPHI has a primary goal of providing quality education to our members. Our online and in-person continuing education classes help to provide you with enough CEU’s to cover the bi-annual renewal requirements.
