Bio: Peter's mission is to provide expert inspections and litigation support assisting our clients obtain confidence and peace-of-mind when making major decisions in purchasing buildings & homes, and when dealing with construction defects. Peter brings over thirty years of professional engineering, construction, and manufacturing experience including plant and building design and construction. He holds industrial and commercial level NJ code enforcement licenses for building, electrical, plumbing, and EIFS. Peter is a Board Certified Building Inspection Engineer. He is also a certified third party inspector and moisture analyst for EIFS building envelope systems. Peter has managed a US Coast Guard ship yard and construction base where work included lighthouse re-construction.
